钻采用反拱爆破片安全装置数值分析及性能验证 被引量:3

摘要 本文着重讲述用有限元法分析钻采用反拱爆破片安全装置不设置致破机构结构的可行性及各参数与爆破压力的相互关系,并经实际验证得出:钻采用反拱爆破片安全装置采用不设置致破机构的结构可行;在爆破片厚度、焊接上下体直径及成型压力一定的情况下,焊接上体的型面圆弧对爆破压力影响不大,焊接下体的型面圆弧对爆破压力影响成反比趋势;爆破片的成型压力对爆破压力影响不大;焊接下体泄压直径与爆破压力成反比趋势;用有限元法模拟计算的参数具有指导意义。 This paper focuses on the relationship between the anti arch drill blasting safety device is not set to break the organization structure and the feasibility of the parameters and the blasting pressure for finite element analysis, and the actual result of drilling by anti arch blasting safety device with structure caused by breaking machine structure in blasting is feasible; welding thickness, diameter and lower body molding pressure under certain circumstances, the upper surface of welding arc has litle influence on the blasting pressure, inversely affects the welding surface of the lower arc pressure blasting; blasting sheet forming pressure has little influence on the blasting pressure welding; pressure relief blasting pressure and the diameter of the body is inversely proportional with the trend; finite element method simulation parameters has guiding significance.
