摘要
本文对低压孔槽型平膜片进行了详细的应力应变分析,发现膜片的爆破失效取决于膜片内圈小孔中心圆直径截面上的拉伸强度。通过理论分析和实验研究,提出了孔槽型平膜片的爆破压力计算公式。同时发现膜片的爆破压力与内圈小孔中心圆直径d呈线性变化关系,爆破系数K对一定材料是一定值。实验结果表明,用本文公式计算孔槽型平膜片的爆破压力,完全符合工程要求。
This paper analyzed the stress and stain of low pressure hole-slot flat rupture discs, it was found that bursting failure depended on the tensile strength of diametrical cross-section of center circle of inner ring small hole. On the basis of theoretical and experimental research, an evaluating formula of bursting pressure of hole-slot flat rupture discs was proposed. It was also found that the bursting pressure is linearly varied with diameter d of center circle of inner ring small hole, and bursting coefficient K is a constant for given material. Experiments showed that the bursting pressure of hole-slot flat rupture discs calculated by the formula well met the requirements of engineering.
