侧向力作用下变截面塔式容器顶部挠度计算 被引量:2

摘要 针对石化装置中一些高径比H/D很大的塔式容器在其顶部挠度超标而设置土建框架限位时无简便计算的问题,利用刚度叠加法,在特定的假设条件下,推导出任意的变截面(包括不等直径、不等壁厚及其任意组合)塔式容器在受侧向力作用下的塔顶挠度的计算公式。运用载荷叠加原理,求得实际的截面轴向应力和塔顶挠度为"内压及以风载荷、地震载荷、偏心载荷等标准规定的各种载荷"与"在设置土建框架限位时仅仅受侧向设定高度的限位装置给定集中力"两步载荷叠加的结果。同时,还指出了需要组合调整土建框架限位装置的高度及其对塔式容器的集中反力的大小,以达到技术经济综合成本最优化的要求。 In view of the problem of no simple and convenient calculation formula when the deflection at the top of some tower vessels with very big height-diameter ratio H/D exceeds the standard and civil construction frame is provided for limiting the defection,by using the stiffness superposition method,the formula for calculating the top deflection of the tower vessel with variable sections(including unequal diameter or unequal wall thickness,and any combination of them)under action of lateral force was derived.By using the principle of load superposition,the actual sectional axial stress and the deflection of the tower top obtained were the superposition result of“various loads such as internal pressure,the wind load,earthquake load,eccentric load,etc.specified in the standard”and“the concentrated force given by the limiting device acting at the setting height when a civil construction frame is provided for limitation”.Also,in this paper,it was pointed out that it is needed to combine height adjustment of the limiting device of the civil construction frame with the magnitude adjustment of its concentrated counterforce on the tower container so as to achieve the requirement of optimum integrated techno-economic costs.
