摘要
针对目前尚无规范性计算方法的带中间支撑超常高径比塔式容器的强度和挠度计算问题,探讨了采用分解结构关系和简化受载模式,借助已有的塔设备电算程序和材料力学基本公式,提出适应工程设计的近似计算方法,并对其安全性和经济性做出评价。
For the calculation of strength and deflection for tower vessels with middle bracings and abnormal height/diameter ratio,for which no regulatory calculation methods are available,this article analyzes the deconstruction of the structures and the simplification of the loading pattern. By using existing computer programs for tower equipment and basic formulas for material mechanics,it proposes the approximate calculation method suitable for engineering design,and makes evaluation of its safety and economics.
