摘要
以海南省居民为研究对象,基于RSTD模型提出假设,运用SPSS 19.0和AMOS 21.0软件,构建居民满意度结构关系模型,探究居民感知与其满意度、支持度以及居民个人因素的关系.结果表明,海南省居民期望与居民旅游影响感知和满意度有显著正相关关系;社区参与与居民感知的关系不显著,与居民满意度的关系同样不显著;居民旅游获益及利益分配与居民旅游影响正、负感知的影响关系分别为正、负显著相关,与满意度呈正相关关系;居民正面影响感知强于负面感知,正面感知与满意度、支持度为显著正相关关系,负面感知与满意度、支持度为不显著的负相关关系;居民旅游满意度与支持度具有一致性.
This paper takes the residents in Hainan Province as the research object,a hypothesis based on the RSTD model is proposed,the model of city residents satisfaction relationship structure is constructed by using SPSS 19.0 and AMOS 21.0 software,the relationship between residents perceptions and satisfaction,support and personal factors are explored.The results show that there is a significant positive correlation between residents expectation of residents perception and satisfaction in tourism,community participation is not significant to residents perception,and is also not significant to residents satisfaction.The positive impact of residents tourism benefit and benefit distribution on positive and negative feelings of residents tourism are positive and negative correlation,and which is positively correlated with satisfaction.The positive impact perception of residents is stronger than negative perception,the residents positive perception shows significant positive correlation with satisfaction and support,negative perception of support and satisfaction,formed no significant negative correlation,residential tourism satisfaction and support are consistent.
