改革绩效管理体系实现公立医院创新性发展 被引量:6

摘要 结合中山大学肿瘤防治中心近年来绩效管理的实践,介绍本院实施绩效管理体系改革的主要举措(院科两级的目标管理体系、定岗定编定员的人事制度、基于综合性绩效考核的薪酬体系、适应岗位特点的工作绩效考核标准以及基于成本控制的经营绩效考核),分析绩效改革所取得的成效,并总结本院绩效管理体系改革的创新点,旨在为我国公立医院在新形势下实施绩效改革提供借鉴意义。 Based on the experience of performance management of Cancer Center of Sun Yat-sen University in recent years,this article introduced the major steps to implement performance management system reform(two-level target management system of hospital and department,personnel system based on determined posts,authorized strength,and personnel quota,payment system based on comprehensive performance evaluation,work performance evaluation standards adapted to post characteristics,and management performance evaluation based on cost control),analyzed positive effects gained from performance management reform,and summarized key points of innovation in our practice,in order to provide some referential value for the performance management reform system of public hospitals in our country under the new situation of medical care.
