摘要
采用沉淀法从沉钒废水中回收铝制备纳米氢氧化铝。考察了沉钒废水中2价铁离子、铝离子分离的最佳p H;研究了纳米氢氧化物精制过程中氨水质量浓度、反应温度、反应时间对钒酸根去除的影响;采用红外光谱(IR)、扫描电镜(SEM)对制备的纳米氢氧化铝进行表征。结果表明:在常温下调节废水p H为13可去除2价铁离子;在氨水质量浓度为25 g/L、反应温度为50℃、反应时间为30 min条件下,可除去钒酸根等,得到纯度为97.3%的颗粒尺寸为40 nm左右的氢氧化铝。
Nano aluminum hydroxide was recovered from precipitated vanadium wastewater by precipitation method.The opti-mum pH of separation of Fe2+from Al3+in the wastewater of vanadium precipitation was investigated.The effects of ammonia mass concentration,reaction temperature and reaction time on the removal of vanadium ions in the refining process of nano hydroxide were also studied.The nano aluminum hydroxide was characterized by IR and SEM.Results showed that Fe2+could be removed when the pH of the wastewater was 13 at room temperature;Then under the conditions of 25 g/L ammonia mass concentration,50℃temperature and 30 min reaction time,the vanadium ions could be removed and nano aluminum hydro-xide with purity of 97.3%and size of about 40 nm could be obtained.
