摘要
以某轻型越野车门式驱动桥为例,综合考虑实车使用状态及载荷谱数据确定了半浮式半轴的加载工况。对三种不同的轮边结构分别进行了结构分析、应力分析、挠度分析及安全系数计算,提出了一种门式驱动桥用半浮式半轴的计算方法,并通过有限元验证,将结果应用于实际,后期将进行台架试验及道路试验验证。
Taking a light off-road door type drive axle as an example,set up the loading condition of the semi-floating axle shaft by considering the actual vehicle's use state and load spectrum.The structure analysis,stress analysis,deflection analysis and safety coefficient calculation of three different wheel side structures are carried out,and a semi floating semi axle for the door type drive axle is proposed.The finite element method is applied to verify the results,and the results will be verified by bench test and road test.
