摘要 车身的刚度是汽车的重要力学性能之一,对其进行结构分析与研究具有重要意义,而有限元方法和软件技术在汽车结构分析中占据了极其重要的位置。文章在CATIA软件中建立了白车身的几何三维模型,然后将模型导入HyperWorks环境中,运用有限元理论分析了静态工况(弯曲工况和弯扭组合工况)下该白车身的刚度特性,并通过对其静刚度的分析和计算,研究了该车身结构不同部位的受力特性;最后将计算结果和实验的结果相比较,验证了理论建模分析的合理性和可靠性,为白车身的结构优化设计提供了借鉴和依据。 Car body rigidity is one of the important mechanical properties, so it is important to analyze and study its structure. Above all, analytical method and software technology of finite element play a very significant role in automobile structural analysis.The 3D geometric model of the body-in-white of a truck is created by using the CATIA software, then introduced to the HyperWorks software. The rigidity characteristics of the body-in-white of a unitized truck under the static loading condition are analyzed with the finite element method. According to the analysis, the loading characteristics at different parts of the structure are investigated. Compared to solutions of experiment, the results verify the rationality and reliability of the finite element model of the truck and provide the basis for the white body structural optimization.
