摘要
抽油机井沉没度处于不合理状态时会造成系统效率降低,能耗增加。在日常管理中应对抽油机井及时采取调参措施,确保油井合理运行。通过分析冲程、冲速对抽油设备和系统效率的影响,给出了抽油机井调参的方法和调整界限,在现场对沉没度不合理的5口井进行参数调整,平均冲速上调了11.5次/min,产液量由21.43 t/d升到24.51 t/d,平均系统效率由13.86上升到19.93%,取得了较好效果。
When the sinking degree of pumping well is in an unreasonable state,the efficiency of the system will be reduced,energy consumption will increase.Timely adjustment of pumping wells should be taken in daily management for ensuring reasonable operation of oil well.We analyze the impact of stroke and punching on pumping equipment and system efficiency,proposed the method and adjustment limit of parameter adjustment for pumping wells.It has achieved good results in practical application.
