摘要
椭圆形封头开孔接管是工程中常用结构之一,研究其外压下失稳临界压力可为工程设计提供依据。通过有限元非线性屈曲分析,针对3个无量纲参数:接管与封头厚度比δet/δe、开孔率d/D、封头径厚比Di/δe,较为系统地讨论了不同参数下标准椭圆形封头中心开孔接管结构失稳临界压力Pcr的变化规律。研究结果表明,随着厚度比δet/δe增大,分析结构的失效位置由接管变为封头。失效位置不同,结构的失稳临界压力规律不同。分析表明大开孔厚壁接管对外压椭圆形封头的强化效应显著。
Ellipsoidal head with nozzle structure is one of the most commonly used in structural engineering,the researchon the criticalbuckling pressurecan providea basis for engineering design.The variation rules of buckling critical pressure of ellipsoidal head with central nozzle structure under different parameters were discussed systematically based on 3 dimensionless parametersδet/δe,d/D and Di/δe through the finite element nonlinear buckling analysis.The research results show that with the increasing ofδet/δe,the failure position of the analysis structure is changed from the nozzle to the head.When the failure position is different,the variation rules of buckling critical pressure of thestructure is different.Analysis shows that the large opening withthick wall nozzle has a significant strengthening effect on elliptical head under external pressure.
