摘要
本文根据国内某石化公司ARDS装置工艺管道的使用条件和运行情况 ,选定部分典型高温、高压管道进行应力分析计算 ,采用美国MSC公司的PATRAN做前后处理 ,HKS公司的有限元分析软件ABAQUS做管道有限元应力分析。通过对工况条件下管道的有限元应力分析计算 ,确定出管道的应力分布状况、位移及最大应力部位 ,并进行应力评定 。
According to service conditions and operational aspect of process pipelines in ARDS unit,partial typical high-temperature & high-pressure pipelines were calculated by stress analysis.The calculation adopt the PATRAN program of US WSC company to do foreground-background processing,and used the finite element analysis software-ABAQUS of HKS to do pipeline finite element analysis.Based on the finite element stess analysis and calculation of pipelines under work conditions,the stress distribution,displacement and maximal stress area of the pipelines were determined.The stress was assessment to provide reference to the safety assessment of the process pipelines system in the unit.
