摘要
以硅溶胶为硅源,亲水性炭黑为模板,在极浓体系中采用水热法合成了介孔ZSM-5分子筛,采用XRF、SEM、XRD、N_2吸附脱附和NH_3-TPD等方法对合成样品的物理性质及其酸性分布进行了表征,并考察了合成样品在甲苯歧化反应中的催化性能。实验表明,随着碳硅比的增加,介孔孔径由4nm转变为15nm左右,同时比表面积和孔容也随之增加,形貌由堆砌的球状转变为带孪晶的棺形。当碳硅比为0.75时,介孔ZSM-5分子筛的催化性能最佳,且优于商业分子筛,甲苯转化率和对二甲苯选择性分别为12.06%和29.67%。
Mesoporous ZSM-5 zeolites were synthesized in an extremely concentrated system using silica sol as silicon source and hydrophilic carbon black as template.The synthesized zeolites were characterized by XRF,SEM,XRD,N2 adsorption-desorption and NH3-TPD,and their catalytic properties in the toluene disproportionation reaction were investigated.The results indicated that with the increase of C/SiO2 mass ratio,the pore size of ZSM-5 increased from 4nm to 15nm.At the same time,the specific surface area and pore volume also increased,and the morphology changed from stacked sphere to twin coffins shapes.The mesoporous ZSM-5 zeolite synthesized from the C/SiO2 mass ratio of 0.75 had the best catalytic performance,with a toluene conversion of 12.06%and a paraxylene selectivity of 29.67%,and was superior to the commercial zeolite.
