摘要
[目的/意义]深入剖析世界反腐智库透明国际智库的工作理念、运行机制以及发展动态,旨在为我国当前大力推行新型智库建设和严厉惩治腐败提供借鉴与参考。[方法 /过程]运用历史研究法和案例分析法,结合文献和网站调研展开研究。同时援引国际权威的智库排名报告,对透明国际智库的工作理念、发展动态和社会贡献进行考察。[结果 /结论 ]透明国际智库是西欧乃至全球著名的反腐智库,在透明度和善政智库、最佳独立智库等全球智库排名中荣登榜首,这得益于其多年来一直秉承的高质量、独立性、透明度、问责制以及诚信度的核心价值、运行机制以及顶层设计理念。
[Purpose/significance]This paper deeply analyzes the basic working ideas,the operational mechanism,and the new development design of the Transparency International in order to promote the construction of new think tank and accountability and severely punish corruption in China.[Method/process]This paper mainly adopts the historical study and case study methods,and also takes the literature research and web-based investigation methods for the research.By referring to the latest global think tank index report this paper interpreted the basic working ideas,the operational mechanism of the Transparency International.[Result/conclusion]The Transparency International is a famous western European and global anti-corruption think tank.The Transparency International has been the top think tank such as the top Transparency and Good Governance and Best Independent Think Tanks in the world,which is due to its adherence to its core value of“high quality,independence,transparency,accountability and integrity”,its operational mechanism,and the top-level design thoughts
