摘要
目的:探讨不同性别中老年体检人群颈动脉粥样硬化(CAS)的危险因素。方法:回顾性分析2016年10月-2018年2月符合纳入条件的388例中老年体检对象,对比CAS(222例)和非CAS(166例)之间的一般资料。采用Logistic回归分析导致CAS的危险因素,并进一步分层分析不同性别体检对象的CAS危险因素。结果:CAS的年龄、性别、γ-谷氨酰转移酶、尿酸、总胆固醇、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇以及吸烟率与非CAS比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。老年、超重/肥胖、高总胆固醇和吸烟是中老年体检人群CAS的独立危险因素。老年和吸烟是男性中老年体检人群CAS的独立危险因素,老年、高甘油三酯和糖尿病是女性中老年体检人群CAS的独立危险因素。结论:中老年体检人群CAS的独立危险因素存在性别差异,应针对不同性别人群的独立危险因素特征加强相应的筛查和健康教育。
To investigate gender differences in risk factors of carotid atherosclerosis(CAS)inmiddle aged and elderly health examination population.Method:Retrospective analysis was performed on a total of388middle aged and elderly health-examination people who met inclusion criteria from October2016to February2018.General data of CAS population with222subjects and non-CAS population with166subjects were compared.A Logistic regression analysis was used to identify possible risk factors and their powers on the prevalence of CAS.The further stratification analysis was used to investigate gender differences in risk factors of CAS.Result:Data of age,sex,gamma-glutamyltransferase,uric acid,total cholesterol,low density lipoprotein-cholesterol and smoking rate was significantly different between CAS and non-CAS population(P<0.05).Age,overweight/obesity,high total cholesterol and smoking were independent risk factors of CAS in middle aged and elderly health examination population.Age and smoking were independent risk factors of CAS in middle aged and elderly health examination men.Age,high triglyceride and diabetes were independent risk factors of CAS in middle aged and elderly health examination women.Conclusion:There are gender differences in risk factors of CAS in middle aged and elderly health examination population.Relevant screening and health education should be done according to different independent risk factors among different gender.
