摘要
结合光学显微镜和电子背散射衍射技术,对铸态AZ80镁合金中间退火两步锻压过程中的组织演化进行了观察。采用室温拉伸实验,检测了两步锻压后样品的力学性能,并将其组织、性能同普通一步锻压工艺进行了对比。结果表明,与一步锻压后的AZ80镁合金相比,两步锻压工艺所得样品再结晶晶粒尺寸更均匀,再结晶体积分数更高,变形织构较弱;断裂延伸率从9%大幅提升至18%,抗拉强度基本保持不变。
A two-step forging process was employed lor cast AZ80 Mg alloy in the study,and the microstructure evolution ol the cast AZ80 alloy was observed by using an optical microscopy and an electron backscatter diffraction apparatus.Mechanical properties ol products obtained alter two-step forging process were detected by using a uniaxial tensile tests at room temperature.Alter the comparison ol structure and properties between two-step forging and one-step forging processes,it is found that the two-step forging process can result in the obtained product with more uniform grain size distribution after recrystallization,a higher volume fraction lor recrystallized grains,and weakened deformation texture.It is shown that the ductility at break increased from 9%to 1 8%,and the tensile strength was almost kept unchanged.
