热变形温度对254SMo奥氏体不锈钢组织演变的影响

摘要 通过等温恒应变速率压缩试验,对254SMo超级奥氏体不锈钢的高温变形行为、微观组织演化以及动态再结晶行为进行了研究。结果表明,当变形温度低于1050℃时,再结晶的体积分数小于30%;当变形条件为1200℃/0.01s-1时,再结晶体积分数接近90%。较高的变形温度有利于254SMo超级奥氏体不锈钢的热加工。 The high temperature deformation behavior, microstructure evolution and dynamic recrystallization behavior of 2545Mo super anstenitic stainless steel were studied by isothermal constant strain rate compression test. The results show that when the deformation temperature is below 1050 ℃, the volume fraction of recrystallization is less than 30%. When the deformation temperature is 1200℃ and the strain rate is 0.01s-1, the volume fraction of recrystallization is close to 90%. High deformation temperature is beneficial to the hot processing of 2545Mo super austenitic stainless steel
