阿舍勒铜矿喷锚网支护主要参数的优化研究 被引量:4

摘要 基于施工安全、方便,以及降本增效的目的,以下盘沿脉巷道(断面4.7×3.7,1/4三心拱)为例,在Ⅳ级和Ⅲ级围岩条件下,对阿舍勒铜矿喷锚网支护的2个主要参数(喷层厚度及锚杆间排距)进行了优化研究。结果表明,Ⅲ级围岩条件下,合理的锚杆间排距为1.0 m×1.0 m、喷射混凝土厚度60~80 mm;Ⅳ级围岩条件下,合理的锚杆间排距为0.9 m×0.9 m、喷射混凝土厚度80 mm。研究成果可在保证矿山安全开采的前提下,为矿山节约成本、创造经济效益。 In order to ensure safe and convenient operation,as well as increase efficiency while cutting cost in the deep mining ol Ashele Copper Mine,two main parameters ol shotcrete-bolt supporting in Ashele Copper Mine were optimized based on the conditions of class IV and class III surrounding wall for the footwall of headings along veins(with section of 4.7 x 3.7,1/4 three-centered arch).Results showed that it is rational arrangement with rock bolt spacing at 1.0 m X 1.0 m and shotcrete thickness of 60~80 mm for class III surrounding w all,and rock bolt spacing at 0.9 m X 0.9 m and shotcrete thickness of 80 mm for class IV surrounding wall.Such research result can bring economic benefit to the mine by cutting cost while ensuring safe mining operation.
