Motion Model of Passenger-ferry Crossing Waterway Based on Traffic Conflict Technique on the Trunk Line of the Yangtze River and Application

摘要 为了防控客渡船横越长江干线航道的船舶碰撞风险,研究长江干线客渡船横越模型及应用问题。首先从客渡线通航环境、客渡船操纵性能、人员从业素质、避让特征四个方面分析了长江干线客渡船航行避让特征;结合内河避碰规则、良好船艺要求从交通冲突角度推导了长江干线客渡船横越模型,进而从客渡船穿越要求和发船频率两方面提出了客渡船安全营运要求。通过实测数据对长江干线客渡船横越模型和安全营运要求进行了验证,最后通过实例阐述长江干线客渡船横越模型的应用。研究结果表明:客渡船以有利的穿越间隙、穿越时机、穿越航速横越河道和合适的发船频率营运,能有效降低客渡船与航道船舶流的碰撞风险。 The motion model of passenger-ferry crossing waterway on the trunk line of the Yangtze River and it s application were studied to reduce collision risk of passenger ferry and other ships.The maneuvering traits of passenger-ferry on the trunk line of the Yangtze River were studied according to it s navigation environment,maneuverability,crew quality,and preventing collision behaviors.The motion model of passenger-ferry crossing waterway was concluded according to traffic conflict theory,which was based on the regulations for preventing collisions at inland waters and good seamanship.The safety operation requirements were proposed about crossing behaviors and dispatching frequency of passenger-ferry.The motion model and safety operation requirements of passenger-ferry were proved based on the measured data.Finally,a case was given to illustrate application of the motion model.It was showed that passenger-ferry take the favorable crossing gap,crossing opportunity,crossing speed and dispatching frequency,which will effectively reduce collision risk of passenger ferry and other ships in the waterway.
