摘要
目的分析无保护助产护理在促进初产妇自然分娩中所发挥的作用。方法选取2016年8月~2017年7月我院接收的进行自然分娩的初产妇100例作为研究对象,将其随机均分为试验组和对照组,各50例,试验组给予无保护助产护理,对照组给予常规助产护理,对比两组产妇分娩中会阴侧切率和会阴疼痛程度评分。结果试验组产妇会阴侧切率低,疼痛程度评分低,各项数据与对照组相比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在初产妇自然分娩中应用无保护助产护理能够降低会阴侧切率和疼痛程度,确保分娩安全,促进产后康复,临床护理价值高,值得推广和应用。
Objective To analyze the role of unprotected midwifery nursing in promoting the natural childbirth of new mothers.Methods Our hospital in August 2016 to July 2016 to receive the analysis of natural childbirth primipara 100 cases were studied,and the average maternal divided into trial group and control group randomly 50 cases,treatment group given unprotected midwifery care,control group given conventional midwifery care,compared two groups of puerpera childbirth episiotomy and perineal pain score.Results Parturients in the experimental group had low perineal side incision rate and low pain score,and the data were statistically significant compared with the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application in first-time mothers natural childbirth unprotected midwifery care can reduce episiotomy rate and degree of pain,ensure safe childbirth,promote postpartum recovery,clinical nursing value is high,is worth popularization and application.
