摘要
网络购物现象对CPI的影响是目前急需研究的学术问题。以平均指标的定义、价格指数模型的公理化检验法则为理论依据,在CPI权威性、线上线下物价指数对应性、商品同质性的假设条件下,对线上线下商品范围进行整合,提出利用网购交易额与社会商品零售总额,构建修正系数,间接对CPI销售点替代偏差进行计量的研究方法。实证结论显示:网购商品价格会降低现有CPI、月均偏差为0.030 5%;随着网购零售额的增加,网购商品价格对CPI影响程度增加,导致CPI销售点替代偏差增加。
The influence of online shopping on CPI is an urgent academic problem.In this paper,basing on the definition of average index and the axiomatic test rule of the price index model,under the assumption of CPI authority,the price index correspondence and the commodity homogeneity,the scope of goods under the line and line is integrated,this paper constructs a revising index by using the amount of online shopping and the total retail sales of the social goods,measure the substitution deviation of CPI sales point.The empirical results show that online shopping commodity prices will reduce the existing CPI,monthly average deviation is 0.030 5 per cent.In the meanwhile,this paper discloses the larger the correction coefficient,the greater the CPI deviation.
