摘要
大数据时代的来临给传统企业管理模式带来严峻挑战,企业管理将发生巨大变革,在企业的管理中,利用大数据技术可以挖掘有效的信息,从而为企业的决策提供有效的参考依据。笔者首先概述大数据技术,分析当前形势下企业管理存在的问题,最后研究大数据技术在企业管理中的功能,希望对企业管理有积极意义。
The advent of the era of large data brings a severe challenge to the traditional enterprise management model.The enterprise management will change greatly.In the management of the enterprise,the use of large data technology can be used to excavate effective information,thus providing an effective reference for the decision of the enterprise.The author first summarizes the large data technology,analyzes the existing problems of enterprise management under the current situation,and finally puts forward the function research of large data technology in the enterprise management,and hopes to have a positive significance to the enterprise management.
