摘要
目的探讨临床收治的神经系统副肿瘤综合征(paraneoplastic syndrome of nervous system,PNS)患者应用肌电图技术予以诊断相关特征及在诊断方面的价值。方法选择本院神经内科2017年1月~2017年12月收治的PNS患者40例设为观察组,同期选择到院行健康体检的志愿者40名设为对照组,对比两组肌电图检查结果,并分析具体的特征表现及诊断价值。结果观察组患者正中、胫、尺各神经所呈出现的运动传导速度均较对照组慢,差异具统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者正中、胫、尺各神经所呈现出的运动末端潜伏期与对照组健康体检者对比,延长情况均较明显,差异具统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者正中、胫、尺各神经所呈现出的运动波幅与对照组健康体检者对比,波幅降低,差异具统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者正中、胫、尺各神经所呈现出的感觉传导速度与对照组健康体检者对比,呈更慢显示,波幅降低,差异具统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组病例相较对照组健康体检者,F波潜伏期呈明显延长显示,F波检出率呈明显降低显示,差异均具统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论针对临床收治的神经系统副肿瘤综合征患者,采用肌电图进行检查,可显著提高早期诊断率,为诊疗工作的开展提供有力参考依据。
Objective To evaluate the diagnostic value of electromyography(EMG)in paraneoplastic syndrome of nervous(PNS)patients with paraneoplastic syndrome of nervous.Methods From January 2017 to December 2017,40 PNS patients were selected as observation group and 40 healthy volunteers as control group.The results of electromyography were compared between the two groups.The specific features and diagnostic value are also analyzed.Results Patients in the observation group.The motor conduction velocities of the median,tibial and ulnar nerves were slower than those of the control group(P<0.05).The median,tibial and ulnar nerve latency in the observation group was significantly longer than that in the control group(P<0.05).The median,tibial and ulnar nerve motion amplitude in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Sensory conduction velocities of the median,tibial and ulnar nerves in the observation group and the healthy persons in the control group.The comparison showed that the amplitude of the wave was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The latency of F wave in the observation group was significantly longer than that in the control group(P<0.05).The detection rate of F wave in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Electromyography can significantly improve the early diagnosis rate of patients with paraneoplastic syndromes of nervous system and provide a reference for the diagnosis and treatment of patients with paraneoplastic syndromes of nervous system.
