摘要
针对微型磁电式风力发电机在高转速下,发电机结构易损坏,提出了自反馈转速控制方案。利用电压负反馈电路监测发电机的转速,磁流变脂作为执行元件用于发电机转速的控制。磁流变脂的转速控制能力显著,磁场强度为12.68Gs时,发电机的转速由11 000r/min降至5 700r/min;将负反馈电路接入装置中,发电机的输出电压由32V降低至了20V左右。试验结果表明,基于磁流变脂的自反馈转速控制方案可以实现对发电机转速的有效控制。
Micro-magnetic wind power generator is liable to be damaged under high speed.A self-feedback speed control scheme was proposed.Voltage negative feedback circuit was used for monitoring generator speed,magnetorheological grease as an executive component for speed control.The speed control ability of magnetorheological grease is significant,generator speed was reduced from 11000 r/min to 5700 r/min in magnetic field strength of 12.68 Gs.The generator output voltage reduced from 32 V to about 20 V with negative feedback circuit.The experimental results revealed that self-feedback speed control scheme based on magnetorheological grease can effectively control the generator speed.
