摘要
教学服务型大学的实践逻辑由场域系统、资本体系和惯习体系构成,是以资本体系为发展动力,借助惯习体系的力量,共同构建教学服务型大学的场域系统。其建设实践的逻辑困境主要表现在三个方面:既在高等教育场域中处于不利位置,也缺乏与之相应新场域的支撑;资本体系相对匮乏,尤其是应用文化资本力量薄弱;受制于原有惯习,同时现有惯习力量不足。教学服务型大学创新发展的基本路径有三条:呼吁教育公平,培育核心资本,提升教学服务型大学的核心竞争力;以服务统摄发展,构建新的场域运行规则,优化教学服务型大学资本体系;以高校分类管理为指导思想,变革与创新基本制度,重构教学服务型大学的惯习体系。
The practiced logic of the teaching service-oriented university consists of the field system,the capital system and the habitus system.The capital system is the driving force for development,and the field system of the teaching service-oriented university is jointly constructed by the power of the habitus system.The logical dilemma of its construction practice is mainly manifestecl in three aspect's:it is in the disadvantaged position in the field of higher education,and lacks the support of the corresponding new field;the capital system is relatively scarce,especially the application of cultural capital is weak;it is subject to original habits,while existing habit's are irLsufficient.There are three basic paths for the innovation and development of teaching service-oriented universities:calling for education fairness,cultivating the core Ccipital,cind improving the core competitiveness of teaching service-oriented universities;building a new field operation rule with service development,and optimizing the teaching service-oriented university;s capital system;taking the classification management of colleges and universities as the guiding ideology,reforming and innovating the basic system,and reconstructing the habitus system of teaching service universities
