摘要
目的:探讨手术患者发生切口感染的手术室相关因素分析及护理对策。方法:本次研究对象共80例,所有研究对象均为笔者所在医院2016年11月-2017年8月所收治的需要接受手术治疗的患者。分组采用数字表分组法,将所选取的研究对象随机的分为两组,对照组患者接受外科手术术后的常规护理措施,护理组患者则接受针对性护理措施。结果:在经过研究分析之后发现,造成患者术后出现切口感染的常见原因有手术人员、病人皮肤、手术器材及敷料等消毒的不够彻底。护理组切口感染发生率低于对照组,护理满意度高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对于需要接受手术治疗的患者来说,其在接受外科手术的过程中有不少因素会加大患者在术后出现切口感染的症状,而这一症状会对患者术后的恢复造成不良影响,为减少这一不良影响,临床上大多会给予患者相对应的护理措施,而切口感染这一并发症状的发生率在针对性护理措施之下有了较为明显的减少。
Objective:To explore the related factors and nursing countermeasures in operation room for surgical patients with incision infection.Method:A total of 80 patients were enrolled in this study.All the subjects were treated in our hospital from November 2016 to August 2017.The group was divided into two groups by random number table grouping method.The patients in the control group received routine nursing measures after operation,while the patients in the nursing group received targeted nursing measures.Result:After investigation and analysis,it was found that common reasons for postoperative incision infection were incomplete disinfection of surgical personnel,patient skin,surgical equipment and dressing.The incidence of incision infection in the nursing group was lower than that in the control group,and the nursing satisfaction was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The need for surgery,there are many factors which will increase the incision infection symptoms in postoperative patients during surgery,and the symptoms may cause adverse effects on the recovery of patients after operation,in order to reduce the adverse effects,most clinical nursing measures will give patients correspondingly,while the infection incidence in the concurrent symptoms at nursing measures are obviously reduced.
