摘要
互联网时代,组织平台化由于具有演化能力强、双边或多边网络效应大的优势,受到愈来愈多的关注。海尔正在进行平台化转型实践,从当前情况看,其组织平台化的变革是积极且稳定的。通过对海尔平台化转型以及对小微雷神的创业支持研究发现:一方面,海尔在平台化过程中演化出多个多样化、个性化的小微群落,其中的小微雷神在发展壮大后,也在构建自己的生态圈,孵化出新的小小微团队,这些小微群落满足众多缝隙市场需求,极大地增强了组织适应性;另一方面,海尔的"共创共赢"机制设计,将更多优质资源吸引到平台上来,实现相关利益方共同受益和整个生态圈共赢。但是,海尔在平台化实践中也出现了难以实现自主创新和突破式创新,从而难以构建平台组织核心竞争力的问题。
In the Internet age,the platform organization attracts increasing attention because of its evolutionary capabilities and network effects.Haier Group is experiencing the transformation to platform.From the current situation,this transformation is positive and stable.Research on the transformation of Haier Group and the entrepreneurship support for ThunderRobot shows that:there exists many diversified and individualized small and micro groups in Haier Group during the process of transformation to platform;and among them,during the process of development,ThunderRobot is building its own ecosphere and incubating many other smaller micro groups.These groups of diverse mini-enterprises can meet the demand of niche markets and promote the platform organization’s adaptability.On the other hand,the platform may attract more quality resources by creating the“innovate and win together”mechanism to realize the win-win situation.but,the problems such as self-dependent innovation and breakthrough innovation,which will prevent the fostering of core competitiveness,cannot be ignored during the process of transformation.
