生物有机肥与保水剂对设施连作黄瓜生长和土壤肥力的影响 被引量:17

Effects of Bio-organic Fertilizer and Water-retaining Agent on Cucumber Growth and Soil Fertility under Continuous Cropping in Greenhouse

摘要 以传统全营养液水溶肥为对照(CK),研究生物有机肥(S)与保水剂(B)对设施连作黄瓜生长和土壤肥力的影响,以确定生物有机肥的合适用量以及其与保水剂的配施效果。结果表明,B+S处理供肥以及保水、保肥效果较S处理更好。与CK相比,B+S处理可促进黄瓜植株生长发育;明显提高0~20 cm土壤的EC和速效磷、有机质含量,显著提高土壤速效氮含量,降低土壤pH值,其中B+S200处理土壤速效磷含量提高了17.21%,B+S400处理土壤有机质含量提高了62.74%,B+S600处理土壤速效氮含量提高了59.48%;促进根系的生长发育;提高叶片的光合速率;提高黄瓜产量,提高幅度为5.37%~12.54%;提高果实可溶性固形物、可溶性糖、维生素C含量,提高幅度分别为7.73%~18.18%、15.08%~15.20%、44.48%~47.58%。因此,生物有机肥与保水剂结合施用改善土壤、促进黄瓜生长发育效果更好,其中B+S200处理效果最好。 The effects of biological organic fertilizer(S)and water-retaining agent(B)on cucumber growth and soil fertility under continuous cropping were studied with traditional total nutrient solution water soluble fertilizer as control(CK),so as to determine the appropriate amount of bio-organic fertilizer and its effect combined with water retention agent.The results showed that compared with CK,B+S treatment could promote the growth and development of cucumber plants,significantly increase EC value,contents of available phosphorus,organic matter,available nitrogen,and decrease soil pH value in 0-20 cm soil,the available phosphorus content in soil treated with B+S200 increased by 17.21%,the content of organic matter in soil treated with B+S400 increased by 62.74%,and the content of available nitrogen increased by 59.48%in the treatment of B+S600.Compared with CK,B+S treatment could promote the growth of roots,increase the photosynthetic rate and yield,yield increased by 5.37%-12.54%;increase the contents of soluble solid,soluble sugar and vitamin C,which increased by 7.73-18.18%,15.08%-15.20%and 44.48%-47.58%,respectively.Therefore,the combination of bio-organic fertilizer and water-retaining agent was better to repair soil and promote growth and development of cucumber,among which the effect of B+S200 treatment was the best.
