摘要
对湖北某铜钼矿进行了浮选试验研究。通过条件试验确定了丁基黄药和新型捕收剂DY的合适用量,考察了石灰用量对选别指标的影响。闭路试验结果表明,以DY为捕收剂时,可获得精矿铜品位25.50%、钼品位0.60%、铜回收率91.87%、钼回收率72.39%的选别指标;以丁基黄药为捕收剂时,可获得精矿铜品位25.12%、钼品位0.42%、铜回收率92.02%、钼回收率51.31%的选别指标。新型捕收剂DY对铜的选别指标与丁基黄药接近,对钼的选别指标显著优于丁基黄药。
Flotation tests were conducted with a copper-molybdenum ore from Hubei province.Suitable dosages for butyl xanthate and DY,a new-type of collector,were determined by conditional tests and the effect of lime dosage on processing index was investigated.The closed-circuit tests yielded a copper concentrate graded 25.50% Cu and 0.60% Mo with recoveries 91.87% Cu and 72.39% Mo with DY as collector,and a concentrate graded 25.12% Cu and 0.42% Mo with recoveries of 92.02% Cu and 51.31% Mo from floatation by butyl xanthate.DY shows the similar performance as butyl xanthate in collecting copper minerals,yet,being remarkably superior to the latter in molybdenum flotation.
