摘要
目的:探讨青年脑卒中患者实施早期康复治疗的临床效果。方法:收治青年脑卒中患者63例,随机分为试验组和对照组。对照组采用常规药物治疗,试验组在对照组基础上加用早期康复治疗,比较两组治疗效果。结果:治疗后,试验组简易智能状态检查表(MMSE)、Barthel指数评定量表(BI)、生活质量综合评定问卷(GQOLI)评分均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:对青年脑卒中患者实施早期康复治疗,可有效改善患者认知功能,提升患者生活能力及生活质量。
Objective:To explore the clinical effect of early rehabilitation on young stroke patients.Methods:63 cases of young stroke patients were selected,they were randomly divided into experimental group and the control group.The control group was treated with conventional medicine,and the experimental group added with early rehabilitation on the basis of the control group,we compared the treatment effect of the two groups.Results:After treatment,the MMSE score,BI score and GQOLI score in the experimental group were better than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Early rehabilitation therapy for young patients with stroke can effectively improve their cognitive function,improve their life ability and quality of life.
