电针、关节松动术结合生物反馈治疗卒中后肩痛疗效分析 被引量:2

摘要 目的探讨在常规护理下电针、关节松动术、生物反馈治疗卒中后肩痛的临床疗效。方法将84例卒中后肩痛患者随机分为对照组和治疗组各42例。对照组采用电针、关节松动术;治疗组在对照组治疗基础上增加生物反馈疗法。结果治疗3周后,患者在疼痛、功能活动及日常生活活动能力方面均有明显改善,对照组总有效率为88.10%(37/42),治疗组总有效率为92.62%(41/42),两组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论两组治疗均在缓解疼痛、功能活动及日常生活活动能力方面有明显改善,治疗组改善更为明显。因此,在电针、关节松动术的基础上加上生物反馈疗法是治疗卒中后肩痛的一种更有效的方法。 Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of acusector,joint mobilization and biofeedback under the con- ventional nursing in the treatment of post-stroke hemiplegia shoulder pain. Methods 84 patients with post-stroke hemiplegia shoulder pain were randomly divided into control group and treatment group, 42 cases in each group. The control group was treated with acusector and joint mobilization, while the treatment group was added with biofeedback on the basis of the control group. Results After 3-week treatment, the pain was alleviated in both groups, and the ability of functional activities and daily life activi- ties improved obviously in both groups. The total effective rate in the control group and treatment group was 88.10% (37/42) and 92.62%(41/42) respectively. The difference between the two groups had statistical significance(P〈0.05) Conclusion The treatment in both groups can alleviate pain and improve the ability of the functional activities and daily life activities ,while the treatment group is with better efficacy. Therefore, on the basis of acusector and joint mobilization,biofeedback therapy is an effective way to cure post-stroke shoulder pain.
