摘要
目的:探讨药物性角膜病变的临床分析。方法:收治药物性角膜病变患者40例(48眼),根据患者的用药情况和临床症状,给予合适的治疗方案。结果:经15~40 d治疗,平均治疗(29±3)d。治愈40眼,治愈率83.3%;好转8眼,好转率16.7%。结论:药物性角膜病变患者多数由眼部局部用药不合理导致,及时发现并积极治疗和预防,临床治愈率效果明显。
Objective:To explore the clinical analysis of drug-induced keratopathy.Methods:40 patients(48 eyes)with drug keratopathy were selected,they were treated with appropriate treatment regimens according to their medication status and clinical symptoms.Results:The treatment time was 5 to 40 days,and the average time was(29±3)days.40 eyes were cured,the cure rate was 83.3%,8 eyes were improved,and the improvement rate was 16.7%.Conclusion:Most patients with drug-induced keratopathy were caused by irrational use of eye medication,with timely detection and active treatment and prevention,the clinical cure rate was obvious.
