摘要
目的:探讨放射治疗非小细胞肺癌的疗效和预后影响因素。方法:收治非小细胞肺癌患者64例,A组采取常规放疗,B组采取三维适形放射治疗,比较两组效果。结果:A组治疗总有效率、2年生存率低于B组(P<0.05)。生存患者和死亡患者的年龄、一般健康状况、放疗方案存在显著差异。结论:三维适形放射治疗非小细胞肺癌的疗效要优于常规放疗,年龄、一般健康状况、放疗方案可能是非小细胞肺癌预后的影响因素。
Objective:To investigate the efficacy and prognostic factors of radiotherapy for non-small cell lung cancer.Methods:64 patients with non-small cell lung cancer were treated.Conventional radiotherapy was used in the A group,and three dimensional conformal radiotherapy was applied in the B group.Results:The total effective rate and the 2 year survival rate of the A group were lower than those of the B group(P<0.05).There were significant differences in age,general health status and radiotherapy regimen between survival patients and deaths.Conclusion:The effect of 3D conformal radiotherapy on non small cell lung cancer is better than that of the conventional radiotherapy.Age,general health status and radiotherapy may be the factors affecting the prognosis of non-small cell lung cancer.
