摘要
分析了高技能型人才绩效评价指标的确定原则,在此基础上结合文献分析,构建了高技能型人才绩效评价指标体系。根据高技能型人才绩效评价指标体系,在一系列调查研究的基础上采用数学分析方法对高技能型人才绩效评价的指标特征进行了分析,得到了高技能型人才绩效评价的指标特征及指标权重,为高技能型人才的绩效评价工作提供了依据。
The thesis analyzes the principle of performance evaluation indexes of highly skilled talents.Based on this,the performance evaluation index system is built.In accordance with the indexes system,the thesis analyzes the index characteristics by using mathematical methods to get the index balance,so as to provide the basis for the performance evaluation of highly skilled talents.
