摘要
以壳聚糖接枝杨梅单宁(CS-T)为载体,硼氢化钠为还原剂,制备负载型零价铁催化剂(Fe0/CS-T);通过傅里叶红外光谱(FTIR)、X射线衍射(XRD)、透射电镜(TEM)、热重分析仪(TGA)对负载型零价铁催化剂的物理性质与结构进行了表征,零价铁分散于壳聚糖接枝杨梅单宁载体上,直径200~500nm.研究其对水环境中2,4,6-三氯苯酚(2,4,6-TCP)的去除,结果表明:2,4,6-TCP在Fe0/CS-T的作用下发生了脱氯反应,脱氯率为60%左右,反应动力学符合Langmuir-Hinshelwood动力学模型,为表面反应;当材料投加量为0.2g、初始pH值为7、反应温度为25℃、反应时间为2h、2,4,6-TCP的初始质量浓度为20mg·L-1时,去除率为88.94%;在重复使用6次材料后,去除率从88.94%降到57.19%.
The supported zero valent iron catalyst(Fe 0/CS-T)was prepared by using biomass resource chitosan grafting bayberry tannin as carrier and using NaBH 4 as reducing agent.The structure and physical properties of supported zero valent iron catalysts were characterized by fourier transform infrared spectrometer(FTIR),X-ray diffractometer(XRD),transmission electron microscope(TEM),and thermo gravimetric analyzer(TGA).The result showed that zero valent iron was dispersed on the carrier,and the size of the zero valent iron particle was 200-500 nm.The experiments were carried out for the removal of 2,4,6-trichlorophenol by this material.The results indicated that the dechlorination reaction happened with Fe 0/CS-T,and the rate of dechlorination was about 60%.The kinetics of the reaction was in accordance with Langmuir-Hinshelwood kinetic model and it was a surface reaction.The optimum reaction conditions were that the dosage of Fe 0/CS-T was 0.2 g,initial pH was 7,temperature was 25℃,reaction time was 2 h,the initial concentration of 2,4,6-TCP was 20 mg·L-1,and the removal rate was 88.94%.The removal rate decreased from 88.94%to 57.19%when the material was reused for 6 times.
