摘要 miRNA是生物体内的一种非编码小RNA,长度为20~22个核苷酸,通过与靶mRNA互补配对,在转录后水平上对基因表达进行负调控,可导致mRNA降解或翻译抑制,主要对植物形态建成、生长发育及对外界环境胁迫因素的应答等产生影响。介绍miRNA的形成,重点阐述植物miRNA在响应低温、干旱、盐害等逆境胁迫和开花调控中的生物学功能,并介绍丝瓜及葫芦科miRNA的近期研究情况。
