摘要
目的探析声带息肉切除术后麻醉复苏期患者采取临床护理干预的有效措施。方法对2015年9月~2018年1月本院接收的行声带息肉切除术治疗的患者72例作为参研样本,对其临床资料展开回顾性分析,所选患者麻醉苏醒期均采取护理干预,以维持其呼吸道畅通与循环系统的稳定性。结果 72例患者接受全面细致的护理后,麻醉苏醒期生命体征处于平稳状态,未出现严重并发症,患者对护理的效果满意度高。结论对声带息肉切除术患者术后麻醉复苏期实施有效积极的护理干预能够降低并发症发生率,保障患者康复的效果,还可密切护患关系。
Objective To explore the measures of clinical nursing intervention for patients undergoing anaesthesia and resuscitation after resection of vocal cord polyps.Methods From September 2015 to January 2018 72 cases of vocal cord polyps for our hospital received resection were chosen as the studied samples,were retrospectively analyzed the clinical data,selected the recovery period of anesthesia patients by nursing intervention,to maintain stability of the airway and circulatory system.Results After receiving comprehensive and meticulous nursing,the vital signs of 72 patients were in a stable state during anaesthesia recovery,no serious complications occurred,and the patients'satisfaction with the nursing effect was high.Conclusion Effective and active nursing intervention in the period of anaesthesia and resuscitation for patients with vocal cord polyposis resection can reduce the incidence of complications,ensure the effect of patients'rehabilitation,and close the relationship between nurses and patients.
