摘要 利用DA7250型二极管阵列结合的近红外成分分析仪收集200个尾叶桉(Eucalyptus urophylla)样本的光谱数据,采用偏最小二乘法(PLS)建立回归分析模型,并进行准确性验证。结果表明:比较近红外光谱法同标准分析方法,两者准确性无显著性差异,近红外光谱法能够无损测定尾叶桉的基本密度,为我国尾叶桉良种选育提供了一种快速、简单、准确、低成本的测试方法。 200 samples of Eucalyptus urophylla were analysed by near-infrared reflectance spectroscopy DA7250.And a model for non-destructive determination of basic density was established.Based on the chemical analysis data and partial least squares(PLS)analysis,the model was established and the verification accuracy was also carried out.It showed that:there was no significant difference between near-infrared spectroscopy and standard analytical methods.The non-destructive determination by near-infrared spectroscopy can be used for non-destructive determination on content of basic density from E.urophylla,which could provide a quick,accurate and low-cost test method for our country’s good breeding.
