摘要
目的:探讨中国地理区域划分中的汉族青年体型特征以及差异。方法:选取在校男(n=448)、女(n=620)青年学生,年龄18~23岁之间,年龄有性别的统计学差异,身体无残疾、疾病、畸形。本研究采用以方创琳等研究的中国人文地理规划为引导,采用Heath-Carter体型法进行体型分类判定。结果:Ⅰ、Ⅷ地理区男女体型分散程度大,Ⅳ、Ⅵ、Ⅶ地理区体型分散程度小,男性体型Ⅰ地理区为均衡内胚层体型,Ⅱ~Ⅶ地理区为三胚层中间型,Ⅷ地理区为偏中胚层的内胚层体型,男性体型特征为Ⅰ~Ⅷ地理区中因子(3~4)高于女性、Ⅱ~Ⅶ地理区外因子(2~4)高于女性;女性体型Ⅰ~Ⅲ地理区为偏外胚层的内胚层体型,Ⅳ、Ⅵ、Ⅶ地理区为均衡内胚层体型,Ⅷ地理区为偏中胚层的内胚层体型,女性体型特征均为内因子(4~6)高于男性。东部Ⅰ~V地理区,汉族青年男女身高、体质量均呈现逐渐递减的趋势,西部Ⅵ、Ⅷ、Ⅶ地理区,汉族青年男女身高和体质量均降低。结论:相同地理区域的汉族青年体型有性别差异,女性体脂率高,男女性身体质量指数基本正常范围。Ⅰ~Ⅲ、Ⅴ、Ⅷ地理区中男性之间体型分散程度大于女性。我国青年人身高及体质量北方高于南方。
Objective:To investigate the somatotype distinction between male and female Han people in Chinese geographic region.Methods:Male(n=448)and female(n=620)students who were 18~23 years old with no disability,disease,deformity and with statistically significant gender difference in their years of age were recruited.The study of Fang Chuanglin,et al on Chinese geographic region was referred to in this study.Somatotype was assessed by Heath-Carter method.Results:The mean value of somatotype attitudinal was far in geographic regionⅠ,Ⅷbetween genders,and it was near in geographic regionⅣ,Ⅵ,Ⅶ.Balanced endomorph was in geographic regionⅠ,central in geographic regionⅡ-Ⅶ,mesomorphic endomorph inⅧfor males.Endomorphic factor(3-4)was great in geographic regionⅠ-Ⅷ;ectomorphic factor(2-4)was great in geographic regionⅡ-Ⅶfor males.Ectomorphic endomorph was in geographic regionⅠ-Ⅲ,balanced endomorph in geographic regionⅣ,Ⅵ,Ⅶ,mesomorphic endomorph in geographic region forⅧfemales.Endomorphic factor(4-6)was great in geographic regionⅠ-Ⅷfor females.Height and weight were descending gradually for Han males and females from north to south including east geographic regionⅠ-Ⅴ.However,they were descending gradually for Han males and females from north to south including west geographic regionⅥ,Ⅷ,Ⅶ.Conclusion:Somatotype distribution is different between young males and females of Han nationality in the same geographic region.Body fat percentage of females is higher than that of males.Males'somatotype attitudinal mean is further than females in geographic regionⅠ-Ⅲ,Ⅴ,Ⅷ.Body height and weight in the North are superior to those in the South.
