摘要
目的：研究江西城市汉族体型特点。方法：采用Heath-Carter人体测量法，对江西城市汉族307例（男151例，女156例）成人体型进行了研究。结果：江西城市汉族男性的平均体型值为3．9-4．9-2．1，属于偏内胚层的中胚层体型。女性体型均数为5．2-4．7-1．6，属于内胚层一中胚层均衡体型。在13种体型中，男性出现率最高的3种体型分别为偏内胚层的中胚层体型（41．1％）、内胚层一中胚层均衡体型（15．9％）、均衡的中胚层体型（8．6％）。女性出现率最高的体型为偏中胚层的内胚层体型（38．5％）、内胚层一中胚层均衡体型（32．7％）、偏内胚层的中胚层体型（i0．9％）。与男性体型分布相比较，女性体型分布相对集中。城市男性内因子值和中因子值在40～岁组达到最大，外因子值在40～岁组最小。随年龄增长，城市女性内因子值、中因子值在50～岁组达到最大，外因子值在50～岁组最小。结论：在12个汉族城市族群中，江西城市男性外因子值较大，内因子值小，体型与内蒙古汉族最为接近，与广东客家人、湖南娄底汉族体型较为接近。江西城市女性内因子值小，中因子值略大，体型与广东客家人最为接近，与湖南娄底汉族体型较为接近。
Objective： To study the somatotype of Han nationality in urban areas of Jiangxi province. Methods： lhe Heath-Carter somatotyping method was used to study the somatotype of 307 urban adults （ 151 males and 156 females） of Han in Jiangxi province. Results： （1） The mean somatotype values of the male and female were 3.9-4. 9-2. 1 and 5. 2-4.7-1.64 in urban districts respectively, which represented the endomorphie mesomorph category in male and endo morph-mesomorph category in female. （2） The highest somatotype occurrence rates of urban males were endomorphic mesomorph （41.10% ） , endomorph-mesomorph （ 15. 9 % ） and balance mesomorph （ 8.6% ）. The highest somatotype occurrence of urban females was mesomorphic endomorph （38.5 % ）, endomorph-mesomorph （32.7 % ） and endomor phic mesomorph （10.9 % ）. Compared with the male, the somatotype of female distribution was relative concentration. （3） With age increasing, male 40-year-old group and female 50-year-old group were found that the endomorphy and me somorphy reached the maximum, and ectomorphy reached the minimum. Conclusion： The somatotype of urban male has a higher ectomorphy and a lower endomorphy, which is close to that of Han in Inner Mongolia. The somatotype of ur- ban female has a lower endomorphy and a higher mesomorphy. The somatotypes of urban adults are both close to those of I-tan in Hakka Guangdong and Loudi Hunan.
