摘要
利用三种可燃气体爆炸极限测试装置在不同温度开展实验研究,选取乙烯、丙烷(R290)、液化石油气,对比分析实验结果及实验现象判定,分析初始温度、初始压力对爆炸极限的影响。结果表明,三种装置实验获得的爆炸下限一致性较好,爆炸上限体积分数最大差值超过15%,说明不同装置对爆炸上限实验值影响显著。利用5 L玻璃爆炸极限测试装置开展一系列实验,探究初始温度对可燃气体爆炸极限的影响规律,验证了20~100℃温度范围内乙烯和R290爆炸下限随初始温度变化趋势基本一致,近似呈现出线性关系。
Using three kinds of flammable gas explosion limit test device,the experiments were done for ethylene,propane(R290),liquefied petroleum gas under different temperature.The experimental results and the determination of test phenomenon were compared and analyzed and the influence of initial temperature and initial pressure on explosion limit was analyzed.The results showed that the consistency of the lower explosion limit obtained by the three devices experiment is better,and the maximum difference of the upper explosion volume fraction exceeds 15%,indicating that different devices have a significant impact on the upper explosion limit experiment value.A series of experiments were carried out using a 5 L glass explosion limit test device to investigate the influence of initial temperature on the explosive limit of combustible gas.It was verified that,as the temperature rises,the LEL of ethylene and R290 over the temperature range studied(20~100℃)was decreased linearly.
