膨胀机和内部换热器对复叠式制冷系统性能的影响

Influence of expander and internal heat exchanger on performance of cascade refrigeration system

摘要 为提高复叠式制冷系统(CT)效率,提出带高温循环内部换热器的复叠式制冷系统(CTIHTC)和带高低温循环膨胀机的复叠式制冷系统(CE)的方案,并对这3个系统的性能系数、系统热力学完善度、损失以及系统效率随蒸发温度的变化规律进行分析。结果表明:CE系统的性能系数、热力学完善度和效率最高,损失最小;在工质对分析中,采用R170/R290工质对的CE系统COP最高,在-85^-30℃的蒸发温度内,CE系统COP比CT系统提高18.3%~28.8%。 To improve the efficiency of the cascade refrigeration system(CT),a cascade refrigeration system with internal heat exchangers of high-temperature cycle(CTIHTC)and a cascade refrigeration system with expanders of high and low temperature cycles(CE)are proposed.The change regulation of coefficient of performance(COP),thermodynamic perfectibility of the system,exergy loss of system and exergy efficiency of the system with the evaporating temperature for these three systems are analyzed.The results show that the COP,thermodynamic perfectibility and exergy efficiency of CE system is the highest,while the exergy loss of CE system is the lowest.In the analysis of the refrigerant couples,the results show that the COP of refrigerant couple of R170/R290 is the highest when it is used in CE system.In addition,the COP of CE system is increased by18.3%-28.8%than that of CT system under the evaporating temperature rang of-85 ℃to-30 ℃.
