摘要
贫困是全面建成小康社会的最突出短板,必须消除贫困,深入推进脱贫攻坚。全面建成小康社会是新时代脱贫攻坚的逻辑起点,精准扶贫是脱贫攻坚的本质要求。新时代脱贫攻坚的实践理路必须确保"脱真贫""真脱贫",提升"造血"能力,坚持和加强党的领导,推进新时代脱贫攻坚事业不断前进。
Poverty is the most prominent short board for building a moderately prosperous society in all respects.Poverty must be eliminated and poverty alleviation must be further promoted.Building a moderately prosperous society in all respects is the logical starting point for poverty alleviation in the new era.Accurate poverty alleviation is the essential requirement for poverty alleviation.The practical way to get rid of poverty in the new era must ensure"helping the real poverty-stricken people"and"helping them really get rid of poverty",enhance the"hematopoietic"ability,adhere to and strengthen the leadership of the Party,push forward the cause of getting rid of poverty in the new era.
