摘要
新时代中国特色现代大学制度建设必须坚持"现代性"的价值追求。"中国特色"是我国现代大学制度的制度标志、制度探索和制度理想。古代书院和百年大学史是中国特色现代大学制度的有效滋养。"党委领导下的校长负责制"是中国特色现代大学制度之魂。"新时代"是中国现代大学制度价值定位,制度建设必须以相应的治理准则为支撑,以人民对"美好生活"的追求为纲领。
The construction of modern university system with Chinese characteristics in the new era must focus on the pursuit of the value of ＂modernity＂. ＂Chinese characteristics＂ is the identification, exploration and ideal of China＇s modern university system. Our ancient academies and century-old university history have been adequate nourishment to this system, while the ＂president accountability system under the leadership of the Party Committee＂ is its soul. As the New Era is the value orientation of China＇s modern university system, system construction must be supported by the corresponding governance principles and take people＇s pursuit of ＂better life＂ as its guideline.
