摘要
目的观察预冲式冲管注射器预防经外周静脉置入中心静脉导管静脉炎的效果。方法抽取中国人民解放军第254医院心内科于2016年5月—2017年9月收治的85例需行静脉治疗的住院患者作为研究对象。根据患者冲封管方法的不同,将其分为对照组和观察组。两组患者均经外周静脉置入中心静脉导管,两组分别采用常规冲封管法、预冲式冲管注射器冲封管法。观察患者的静脉炎发生率及护理满意率。结果观察组静脉炎发生率低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组护理满意率高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论预冲式冲管注射器用于经外周静脉置入中心导管患者,可有效预防静脉炎的发生,提高患者的护理满意率。
Objective To observe the effect of pre punching tube syringe for preventing peripherally inserted central catheter phlebitis.Methods 85 cases of inpatients who needed intravenous therapy in the department of cardiology,the 254th Hospital of the People's Liberation Army from May 2016 to September 2017 were selected as subjects.The patients were divided into control group and observation group according to the different methods of tube sealing.Two groups of patients were inserted peripherally inserted central catheter.Two groups were treated by conventional punching tube method and pre punching tube syringe sealing method.The incidence of phlebitis and nursing satisfaction rate were observed.Results The incidence of phlebitis in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction rate in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Pre-flushing syringe can effectively prevent phlebitis and improve the nursing satisfaction of patients with central catheterization through peripheral vein.
