摘要
目的分析手术室综合护理干预对预防手术患者切口感染的临床效果。方法选取我院2016年4月—2017年12月收治的297例手术患者作为研究对象。按照不同护理方式,采用随机抽签法分为实验组(149例,手术室综合护理干预)和对照组(148例,手术室常规护理干预),对比两组患者切口愈合情况以及切口感染率。结果实验组患者切口愈合甲级率(81.2%)高于对照组(51.4%),实验组患者切口感染率(4.7%)低于对照组(25.7%),组间数据比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论手术室综合护理干预可有效预防切口感染,不仅可降低切口感染率,也有利于促进患者切口愈合。
Objective To analyze the clinical effect of comprehensive nursing intervention in operation room to prevent incision infection in surgical patients.Methods 297 cases of surgical patients admitted to our hospital from April 2016 to December 2017 were selected as the research objects.According to different nursing methods,the random draw method was divided into experimental group(149 cases,operation room comprehensive nursing intervention)and control group(148 cases,routine nursing intervention in the operation room).The incision healing and the rate of incision infection were compared between the two groups.Results The rate of wound healing in the experimental group(81.2%)was higher than that of the control group(51.4%),and the rate of incision infection(4.7%)in the experimental group was lower than that of the control group(25.7%).The difference between the groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Comprehensive nursing intervention in operation room can prevent incision infection effectively,not only reduce wound infection rate,but also promote incision healing.
