摘要
本文将医院感染纳入护理管理质量检测项目,护理质量管理和业务流程有机结合,建立控制手术室医院感染的理想流程管理模型。从而增强了手术室各级人员预防和控制医院感染的意识,提高了手术室医院感染能力及护理工作效率,无菌手术伤口感染率和医院感染率明显下降。
Nosocomial infection rate has been included as one of the items for assessment of nursing care quality in our hospital. By combining the quality management of nursing care with technological process, we have established an ideal quality--control management system in controlling nosocomial infection of the operating room. As a result, the consciousness of infection prevention and control among different grades of staff has been enhanced, the ability and efficiency on anti--infection have been raised, and the infective rate of aseptic operation and nosocomial infection occurrence greatly reduced.
