摘要
目的研究分析对胸腰椎脊柱结核患者采用经后外侧病灶清除植骨一期后路内固定治疗的临床价值。方法选取2016年3月—2018年3月我院接受手术治疗的58例胸腰椎脊柱结核患者作为研究对象。采用抛硬币法随机分组原则,将其分为研究组和参照组。其中,参照组为29例,采用常规手术治疗,研究组为29例,予以经后外侧病灶清除植骨一期后路内固定治疗,比较两组临床治疗效果以及并发症发生情况。结果研究组总有效率为96.55%,高于参照组总有效率(75.86%),同时研究组并发症发生率为6.89%,低于参照组并发症发生率(27.59%),差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对胸腰椎脊柱结核患者实施经后外侧病灶清除植骨一期后路内固定治疗手段,具有十分积极的治疗效果。
Objective To study the clinical value of posterior lateral debridement and bone grafting in the treatment of thoracolumbar spinal tuberculosis.Methods 58 cases of thoracolumbar spinal tuberculosis treated in our hospital from March 2016 to March 2018 were selected as the research subjects.The coin tossing method was used to divide randomly into the study group and the reference group.Among them,29 cases in the reference group were treated by conventional surgery.In the study group,29 cases were treated by posterior lateral debridement,bone grafting and posterior internal fixation.The clinical effects and complications of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of the study group was 96.55%,which was higher than that of the reference group(75.86%),and the incidence of complications in the study group was 6.89%,which was lower than that of the reference group(27.59%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion For the patients with thoracic and lumbar spinal tuberculosis,the treatment of posterior lateral fixation through the posterior lateral debridement and bone grafting is very positive.
