摘要
目的探讨病灶彻底清除术治疗脊柱结核的临床疗效。方法选取2017年1月至2018年1月我院收治的128例脊柱结核患者为研究对象,按随机数字法分为观察组和对照组,各组64例。对照组行常规手术治疗(非彻底病灶清除术),观察组给予病灶彻底清除术治疗,对比两组临床疗效。结果两组治疗前VAS、ASIA评分对比无显著差异(P> 0.05),观察组治疗后VAS评分低于对照组且ASIA评分高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组不良反应发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论在ST中应用病灶彻底清除术效果显著,可降低患者不良反应发生率,安全性高,值得应用。
Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of complete debridement for spinal tuberculosis. Methods One hundred and twenty-eight patients with spinal tuberculosis admitted to our hospital from January 2017 to January 2018 were enrolled. The patients were divided into observation group and control group according to random number method, 64 cases in each group. The control group underwent routine surgical treatment(non-complete lesion removal), and the observation group was given complete treatment of the lesions. The clinical efficacy of the two groups was compared. Results There was no significant difference in VAS and ASIA scores between the two groups(P>0.05). The VAS score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group and the ASIA score was higher than that of the control group(P< 0.05). The incidence of adverse reactions was low in the observation group. In the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion The application of complete debridement in ST is effective, which can reduce the incidence of adverse reactions in patients, and it is safe and worthy of application.
