摘要
根据三模块有轨电车的结构特点,对三模块有轨电车整车调运及吊运工装方案进行了研究,设计了新型整车吊运工装和架车防护工装,使三模块有轨电车可以安全地实现整体吊运,同时避免三模块有轨电车转向架在运输过程中受到自身车体的冲击。吊运工装结构计算表明,工装结构合理,满足结构及运输安全要求。
Based on the structural characteristics of the three-module tram,this paper makes study on the three-module tram lifting and transport tooling,and a new vehicle swing and unwheeling protective equipment are designed,so that the whole the threemodule tram are safely carried out,avoiding impact damages of the three-module tram bogie in transport.The calculation of lifting fi xture structure shows that the structure of the tooling is proper,and satisfi es the structure and transport safety requirements.
